Diese Kr\u00e4uterb\u00fcndel geben uns \u00fcberall auf der Welt die M\u00f6glichkeit, uns weder mit der Kraft von Mutter Erde zu verbinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Gebrauch von Pflanzen und Harzrauch stammt wohl aus uralten Zeiten, als die ersten Feuer in den H\u00f6hlen brannten. Die Zeremonie Menschen, Orte und Dinge mithilfe von Rauch zu reinigen hat sich bis heute erhalten. Insekten werden durch Rauch ferngehalten; und bestimmte Formen des R\u00e4ucherns machen Lebensmittel und Vorr\u00e4te haltbar. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen manche R\u00e4ucherstoffe Schutz vor unsichtbaren Geistern und negativen Gedanken gew\u00e4hren. Um die reinigende und besch\u00fctzende Kraft eines R\u00e4ucherwerks zu entfalten, wird ein Blatt oder Harz erhitzt und sein Rauch \u00fcber die Person oder ein Objekt gef\u00e4chelt, oft mit einem Federf\u00e4cher. Manchen Pflanzen wird dabei eher eine heilende Wirkung, anderen ein Kraft spendende zugesprochen. Rauch wird erzeugt, indem man trockene Kr\u00e4uter auf hei\u00dfe Kohle oder Steine gibt, oder indem man sie in einer Lehmschale oder Muschel entz\u00fcndet. Der wei\u00dfe Salbei wird traditionell bei Zeremonien benutzt und wird in Medizinbeuteln und B\u00fcndeln verwahrt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden die Bl\u00e4tter wegen ihres starken Aromas gesch\u00e4tzt, das sie auch zum nat\u00fcrlichen Mottenschutz macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der wei\u00dfe Salbei kann also auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise genutzt werden. Die Indianer des Flachlandes bedecken den Boden ihrer Schwitzh\u00fctten mit den Bl\u00e4ttern des Salbeistrauches. Bei dieser Zeremonie atmen sie auch durch ein kleines Salbei-B\u00fcndel und reiben ihren K\u00f6rper damit ab. Wei\u00dfer Salbei schw\u00e4ch die schlechten \u201eSpirits\u201c und sie verschwinden beim Abbrennen.
