Hinweise zum Batteriegesetz<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die nachfolgenden Hinweise richten sich an diejenigen, die Batterien nutzen und in der an sie gelieferten Form nicht mehr weiterver\u00e4u\u00dfern (Endnutzer):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Unentgeltliche R\u00fccknahme von Altbatterien Batterien d\u00fcrfen nicht \u00fcber den Hausm\u00fcll entsorgt werden. Sie sind zur R\u00fcckgabe von Altbatterien gesetzlich verpflichtet. Wir sind als Vertreiber von Batterien zur R\u00fccknahme von Altbatterien (mit Ausnahme von Produkten mit eingebauten Altbatterien) verpflichtet, wobei sich unsere R\u00fccknahmeverpflichtung auf Altbatterien der Art beschr\u00e4nkt, die wir als Neubatterien in unserem Sortiment f\u00fchren oder gef\u00fchrt haben, sowie auf die Menge, derer sich Endnutzer \u00fcblicherweise entledigen. Altbatterien k\u00f6nnen Sie daher entweder ausreichend frankiert an uns zur\u00fccksenden oder sie direkt an unserem Versandlager unter der folgenden Adresse unentgeltlich abgeben:<\/p>\n\n\n
2. Bedeutung der Batteriesymbole Batterien sind mit dem Symbol einer durchgekreuzten M\u00fclltonne (s. u.) gekennzeichnet. Schadstoffhaltige Batterien sind mit chemischen Symbolen besonders gekennzeichnet. Bei Batterien, die mehr als 0,0005 Masseprozent Quecksilber, mehr als 0,002 Masseprozent Cadmium oder mehr als 0,004 Masseprozent Blei enthalten, befindet sich unter dem M\u00fclltonnen-Symbol die chemische Bezeichnung des jeweils eingesetzten Schadstoffes – dabei steht „Cd“ f\u00fcr Cadmium, „Pb“ steht f\u00fcr Blei, und „Hg“ f\u00fcr Quecksilber.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
